Two bed flat room to rent in Southampton city cent

I am looking for a new roommate to move in from the beginning of August 2024.

The flat is in the centre of Southampton, close to west quay, Southampton train station, and bus stops just up the road.

Females preferred as it’s only a two bed flat, the room available is a large room with an en-suite, shared living room and kitchen. Flat is furnished.

The following includes the cost of deposit ,rent, bills and council tax:

- Deposit - £500
- Rent -£500
- power and water bill- £150
- wifi- £12.50
- council tax- £144

Students are welcomed.

I am currently in my last year of uni and planning on doing a masters the following year.
