I will be graduating and returning to my home country on June 6th, and my current lease extends until August 31st, so I'm looking for someone to sublease my room.

I have been living in Crescent Place for three years, carefully selecting my room each year.

**Room Location:** 9th floor (likely the highest ensuite floor in Crescent place), offering a fantastic view and a wide field of vision. The room faces east, so the morning sun shines directly into the room. Being a corner room, it might be slightly larger. It’s an 8-9 minute walk to the city center; U6H bus line directly to the university.

**Flatmates:** Only 3 flatmates in total, making it the ensuite with the fewest roommates in CP. One of the flatmates will also return to his home country in mid-June, and the other two are graduate students who are very friendly.
