I am looking for someone to sublet my room from 8th of July until the 1st of September as I will be returning to my hometown.
About the Room:
* Type: Spacious en-suite room
* Housemates: You'll be sharing the house with 2 other PhD girls, who will mostly be away at conferences or on holiday, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment.
* House: The house is clean, tidy, and quiet.
* Location:
* Just a 7-minute walk to Highfield Campus.
* 20 minutes to the city centre by bus.
* Furniture: The room comes fully furnished. I will be taking my personal belongings, but all furniture will remain.
Rent and Utilities:
* Rent: £125/week
* Bills: All bills are included in the rent.
