Double room in family home

Initial period of 6 months but would be looking to extend, should all parties be happy.

Hi, we live in our new build four bedroom detached family home with a our ten year old daughter & our two Siamese house cats. Our house is sited in the rural area of Boorley Park near the village of Botley. We are with walking distance of Hedge end BR station. It's about a 5 minute drive to the M27 (Hedge End junction 7) and 25 minute drive to Southampton.

We are looking to rent one of our furnished double rooms. The room includes: a new king size bed and mattress (purchased in 2023) including bedding. The bed is an Ottoman so there is lots of storage available inside.
There is a large double wardrobe including a chest of draws. Two bedside table draws and a desk. A hardwired broadband port is available in this room.
You would have access to a large bathroom which includes a separate shower. Our ten year old daughter would also use this bathroom along with any occasional guest / family member, should they stay in the guest room.
You would also have access to the kitchen / dinning area and a lovely patio garden. We have a washing machine located in our utility cupboard but you would need to provide your own clothes drier as we do not have a tumble drier.
There is also a family room and cinema room but these areas would be on invitation.
Parking is available to you for one car on our drive.

Bills included - Gas, electricity, water & broadband. Also guest access to Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime streaming channels.
