A luxurious, all-bills-included Houseboat on the river Itchen with great sunset views, a huge garden, and many free parking spaces on the road.

I have a stunning double room with an ensuite up for grabs in my amazing modern newly built static floating home ( so no rocking) on the Itchen River.

The room is spacious and fully furnished with a king-size bed and an en suite.
The houseboat is a gorgeous living space with a bright and airy open-plan kitchen/living room and balcony for sunbathing & BBQs.

It has a modern industrial feel with high-spec interiors including a Gas cooker, dishwasher, really fast broadband and your usual central heating. A washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The Living room has a nice big TV with Netflix and Prime.

connections directly to the Center though. By both bus and train.

Bus 20 is a 15-minute trip to Above Bar ( city Center ). Comes every 15 mins. And it’s a 3-minute walk from here. There are also trains from Bitterne Station to Southampton central. That’s a 5-10 mins walk from here.

I also have a Kayak to take out for cruises in the sunset on the river if you want to have a go. As well as an axe-throwing board in the garden for a wind-down at the end of the day.
