A luxurious all bills included Houseboat on the river Itchen with great sunset views, huge garden and a lot of free parking spaces on the road.

I have a stunning double room with ensuite up for grabs in my amazing modern new built static floating home ( so no rocking) on the Itchen River.

The room is spacious and fully furnished with a king-size bed with en suite.
The houseboat itself is a gorgeous living space with a bright and airy open-plan kitchen/living room and balcony for sunbathing & BBQs.
It has a modern industrial feel with high-spec interiors including a Gas cooker, dishwasher, really fast broadband and your usual central heating. A washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The Living room has a nice big TV with Netflix and Prime.

I also have a Kayak to take out for cruises in the sunset on the river if you want to have a go. As well as an axe-throwing board in the garden for a wind-down at the end of the day.

Viewing will start from the very end of September beginning of October.

I am a work-from-home creative director, single parent to a 2-year-old girl that will visit 2-3 days a week.
Looking for a friendly housemate to share with me and my Boxer Cross Tiabeanie aka the kindest dog you’ll ever meet.

I’m big on snowboarding, chess, skydiving, the blues and Axe throwing.
