Flat will be available from mid September.
The flat has a large open plan living room + kitchen area with a wrap around balcony, large windows and doors that open up on to the balcony.
The bedroom comes with a double bed (which belongs to me) and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom has large windows and a door that opens on to the balcony.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat - an en-suite, which is attached to my bedroom, and a family bathroom next to the bedroom for rent. This family bathroom would essentially be “your own” bathroom.
Flat is located between the Polygon/Bedford Place and Shirley. There is a lift in the building, a large communal garden and a locked indoor bike storage.
About me:
I’m a fun, friendly 28 year old who works full time Monday-Friday, 9-5, in Research & Development. During the week I spend most of my free time relaxing, and going to the gym a couple times a week. At the weekends I often host friends. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to me and who doesn’t mind having friends over at the weekend.
