Double room with ensuite available in a two bed flat. Please note the advertised room will be unfurnished, the rest of the flat is furnished. The room has a built in double wardrobe and shower.

Rent is £525, excluding bills and paid directly to the landlord. Bills (gas, electric, WiFi, water, council tax, and TV licence) usually come to ~£130-£150 each.

The flat has gas central heating, outside bike storage (in a covered and locked compound). There are often visitor spaces available in the car park and street parking on the same road.

Less than 5 minutes walk from The Common, 15-20 minutes walk from West Quay, 20-25 minutes walk from Southampton Central station.

I've been living here since December 2023, my flatmate, who's been here since 2018, is moving out as they've bought their own place so I'm looking for someone to take over their half of the rent. It's rented directly from an easy-going landlord.

I work for a local charity, mostly I go to the office but I work up to two days a week from home, and study part time. I'm outdoorsy and into running, happy to have a chat and catch up but equally like some quiet time too. I'm looking for a clean and respectful person to share the space.
