We are looking to rent out my room to a female (students welcomed) who is tidy and respectful. My parents live here in this peaceful close so it is a family house and we have 2 cats 🐈🐈‍⬛ The room is furnished with a new double bed, a new large sliding wardrobe, a new IKEA desk and pink chair 💗 The shared living room has a dining table, big TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. My nieces come round sometimes so there might be children in the house on the weekends. The close is very private it is a 10 minute walk to the giant Golf Course and Sports Centre that you can easily walk for 2 hours+ in. There is one shared bathroom but it is always kept clean and there will be space in the bathroom and kitchen for your own things. My mum is really into gardening and you can feel free to use our homegrown veggies 🌶️🍠🍅🫛- she is growing tomatoes, beans, chillies, aubergines, potatoes, pumpkins, apples, mustard and lots of coriander
