Double bedroom near town centre

Hi,

I have a spare room in a 5 bedroom house The room comes fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and side drawers with outside storage to put your shoes or anything else. the room faces the south so plenty of light comes in. There are 2 bathrooms one for the boys and one for the girls so we won't have to wait too long to use the bathroom. It's a shared kitchen and living room.
There is parking at the back for a small car. and a visitor parking at the front..

10mins walk into town and train station
5 mins walk into the commons
20mins walk to Shirley

Lots or bas, clubs, restaurants and take ways near by.
