Two very friendly clean and well trained cats live at the address. They are outdoor cats so no unpleasant smells, and always up for a cuddle!

Contract:
1 month rolling contract, notice period is 1 month so you are not tied in if your circumstances change or you don’t enjoy the property
1 month rent in advance held as a deposit repayable when the room is returned in its original condition.

About the landlord:
I work for a large aviation company Monday to Friday, occasionally working from home. As such I am security vetted to the highest standard. I enjoy music and am out dancing a few nights a week, but appreciate a peaceful and clean home to return to recharge my social battery! As such I am looking for a tenant with high standards of cleanliness and overnight guests are not permitted.
