The room has access to a spacious shared bathroom that has two showers and a bath, with amazing water pressure. The communal kitchen has access to a garden with outdoor furniture, and has a washer and tumble drier as well as all of the necessary kitchen appliances. The house now has one sofa and the table in the living room (linked to the kitchen) so it is functional and tidy.

The current flatmates are all working professionals, and although it is a quieter house everyone is very friendly, kind and get on well together. Occasionally the house will socialise together. Some of the flatmates work from home so the broadband speed and quality is very good.
