Our spacious 8-bedroom property is looking for an additional tenant after the previous one vacated the property.
Room is vacant, cleaned out and available as of right now.
The house offers 5 bathrooms, a spacious communal kitchen (with dishwasher) + lounge, friendly tenants and close proximity to the city centre, the train station, and several grocery stores within walking distance.
Property is currently entirely student-let and our preference is another student, but working professionals are considered as well. Council tax band in that case is F. As a working professional you would be the only one paying Council Tax and thus entitled to a 25% reduction.
The rent is £478.83 per month, bills and broadband included. The tenancy agreement lasts until the 28th of June, with the option of renewal for another year available.
