Double Room in Two Bed Apartment

I’m looking for someone to replace an existing tenant in a two bed, ground floor apartment in Hill Lane, Southampton.

The property consists of a shared kitchen, bathroom (with shower/bath), large living room, two big cupboard spaces, a garden with a patio and garden chairs, a driveway and a private garage for parking or storage.

The room fits a double bed and has a built-in mirrored double wardrobe. My current flatmate can either leave or sell her furniture depending on preference.

There are good public transport links to the city and surrounding areas, with multiple bus routes and a 7 minute walk to the train station. The city centre is a 15 minute walk and Shirley is just as close.

The rent is 575 each, but with all the bills it comes to 750 per month. I’m happy to discuss the bills with my future flatmate. The minimum contract is 1st Feb till end of August 2025
