- I’ve included the most expensive rent per room. There are cheaper flats and even this higher cost flat can be less for increased rental duration (current cost is @ 12 months can be less for 16 months depending on selected flat).

- Parking (for a fee @ £100 PCM overground / £125 PCM Underground)
- Pets allowed (for a fee @ £70 PCM)
- Furnishing (rented for a fee - 2 beds, 1 x sofa and dining table and 4x chairs @ estimated £200)
