Double room near Bedford Place

We are a household of young female professionals looking for a 4th housemate. FEMALE only.
Our flat is in a really convenient location - less than 5 minutes walk from Bedford Place, and less than 10 minutes from Southampton Central train station and West Quay shopping.
There are bus stops nearby with links to the uni and the hospital. The flat is tucked away from the main road so the area is pretty quiet.
We work full time in a variety of jobs but like to chat and have a glass of wine occasionally.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy.
The room is available from 10th December. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers, two cupboards, a mini set of drawers, and some shelves. There is also storage space underneath the bed. The bed frame was new last year.
We have a shared kitchen/diner, a large lounge, main bathroom (with bath/shower/toilet) and a smaller second toilet.
Bills are on top of rent. We are council tax band C but split 4 ways it is less than £50 per month each.
We have free parking available if needed (which is rare in the city centre!).
