I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 39 The Polygon in Southampton. It’s a friendly and spacious 6-bedroom house shared with 3 girls and 2 boys. The house is located in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk from West Quay, shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s also a short bus ride to the University of Southampton and very close to Solent University.

The available room is on the first floor at the front of the house. It’s a large, spacious room with a double bed, a sink, and plenty of storage with cupboards and drawers.

And a parking space round the back!

Rent is £445 per month, with bills approximately £96 per month.
