I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. This opportunity is only available for postgraduate students at the University of Southampton who are not currently staying in other university accommodations.
The room is a fully furnished single ensuite with a shared kitchen. Laundry facilities, electricity, gas, and broadband are included in the bills. No deposit is required.
The room will be available starting January 7, 2025. Your first installment of £3,393.75 will be due on January 6, 2025, and must be paid directly to the University of Southampton. The next two installments, each £1,696.87, will be due on April 28, 2025, and July 1, 2025.
