Room For Rent In 7 Bedroom House

Are you still looking for a room? I am looking for someone who would want to take over my room (end of January) in Southampton Bevois Valley (close to City Center and Portswood). The rent is 455 Pounds for a furnished double room (comes with desk, closet and double bed) and the house comes with a small garden, parking, 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It is a mixed gender household (everyone between the age of 19-21). The tenants are quite tidy and clean (especially the girls). Also, everyone is very chill and fun to live with. In the house are living 3 med students (2nd year), 1 aerospace engineering student (1st yr), 1 finance student (1st year) and a philosophy student (2nd year). All of them are very uncomplicated, respectful and friendly people. As it is a 7-bedroom house the bills get split by 7 and therefore always come out quite cheap.
