A double room available from 21 Jan near aldi

I'm a current tenant looking for a replacement. The room will be available from 21 January, and the contract ends on 30 June. The house has a big open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, a garden, two ovens, two small fridges, one big freezer, one washing machine, one dryer, and one dishwasher. It is a five-minute walk to Aldi and a fifteen-minute bus ride to the Highfield campus.
The rent is £455 per month and as there're in total 7 people (all Southampton uni students first year and second year) in the house bills for each person are usually quite cheap around £30 per month. Please message me if interested I can provide more details.
