Hi. We have 2 rooms to rent in a shared flat. It's a beautiful and quiet residential area in Southampton Central. Close to Highfield Campus, avenue campus and city centre. Just next to the lush Southampton common.
Rent is approx 550-600/month - double room and approx 470-500/month- single room. All bills included.
If you're a student, council tax will be way less or near to none. There's a lidl at 5 mins walk, a bus stop 2 mins walk and garden downstairs for soaking in the sun
Living flatmates - one working professional and the other a PhD student at University.
