Room in central Southampton

Hi,

I have a spare room in my flat available for a professional or student, short and/or long term in central Southampton.

The room is equipped with a single bed, but can convert to double if needed. The room is/will be fully furnished with a desk and wardrobe/storage.

This is a two bedroom flat, with a single bathroom.. The flat comes with a balcony and a car parking space.

I work in Southampton and sometimes London, Monday to Friday. I travel fairly often.

The flat is a 15mn walk away from the city centre and the train station. The common park is a 10 minute walk away.

I am friendly, tidy and enjoy outdoor activities and sport (triathlon). I am not the best or keenest of cooks, so you'll likely find the kitchen free most of the time.

The room comes equipped with wifi, TV (living room) and all bills included.

I am more than happy to arrange visits.
