Room available in a 4-Bedroom girls house share

Hi !

I am looking for someone to take over my room tenancy in a 4-bedroom house share.

The house is just a 10-minute walk from the University of Southampton - Highfield, and located on a quiet street with off-road parking.

It’s a great spot, and I’m only moving out because I won’t need to be on campus much in semester 2, so I’ll be commuting from home.

You’ll be sharing with three other girls, 1st-year physiology, 2nd year medicine, and a recent dentistry graduate who’s now working

Rent is £462.5, bills excluded. Deposit, £462.5.

The room is available from February 3rd to 16th September.
