Replacement student flatmate needed

The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom ground floor flat around a 10 minute walk away from Highfield campus and 25 minutes from Avenue campus. There is also a bus stop around the corner from the block of flats too. We are looking for one student to replace a leaving tenant. There are currently two of us, both female undergrads on biosciences degrees. We're both tidy and friendly, and it will be a relatively quiet flat. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with an open kitchen/lounge space. If required, a viewing of the flat for a new tenant could be organised.
