Ground floor room to rent in shared house within 5 minute walk of Southampton Central station and various shops. Walkable distance to various bus stops for commuting within Southampton.

House currently contains 4 degree apprentices, although I am moving out before the end of the tenancy agreement into my own flat, and an applicant would take my place. The other housemates who will be staying are generally quiet and keep to themselves.

Room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and large chest of drawers. This is in addition to a small washbasin and cupboard in the corner of the room. The bedroom door has an individual lock on for extra security.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, and has a shower above a bath (with a combi boiler for those long showers!)

There is a shared living room and separate shared kitchen/dining room. In the kitchen, you are allocated one cupboard, one drawer, one shelf in the fridge and one drawer in the freezer. The cooker and boiler run on gas, and there is a washing machine (newly replaced!) in a cupboard. There is also a microwave and air fryer.

There is also a back garden with grass, which could be nice for sitting out in during summer.
