I am moving out (due to external circumstances) and need fill the room, therefore there are 2 adverts for this room, one from myself and one from my flatmate.

Originally the move out date is the 1st September but I can be flexible on dates between July to September.

You would be living with a lovely 21 year old woman, who is looking to study a masters degree in September. If the course goes ahead there will be a 25% council tax reduction, if not the council tax will be split 50:50.

It is a lovely double room, with ensuite. The flat is 2 bed with 2 bathrooms in total, with a shared living room and kitchen. It is located 1 story up and as a lift to this floor.
