Large double room in the Old Town, Southampton city centre, with shared bathroom with one female. The room is in lovely condition as it was refurbished less than one year ago.

Small double bed, bedside table, dressing table with chair, lounge chair, drawers and wardrobe. Laundry basket and waste paper bin.

Available to rent from 17th of May. All bills are included, including super fast broadband. I would also consider a Monday to Friday rental for pro rata price (which we can discuss over messages or at a viewing).

Close to nearby high street, West Quay, supermarkets and the Red Funnel ferry service to Isle of Wight. 15 minutes walk to Central Station.

It’s a quiet household as I am a working professional and therefore I am seeking someone like minded. Outside patio and shared living space.
