Single Room

This is a single room in a well cared for house. There is one parking space used on a first come first served basis, on street parking is available. Bus stops are close by as are local shops. The house is only 10 mins walk to the University of Southampton.

Although the advert does say no deposit; instead I ask tenants to pay their last month's rent at the commencement of the tenancy. This is to protect myself from tenants just up and leaving without paying their last month's rent.

The communal parts of the house are cleaned every two weeks by professional cleaners. I keep the grass cut and the hedges neat and tidy.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills including high speed broadband.
