Short-term let in central - very spacious 2 bed

I have a very spacious 2 bedroom flat available for short-term rental.
I have lived here for 8 years but it's time to move on! I have just accepted a sale offer so want to rent the place out for the next 3 months with the possibility of extending if the sale is taking longer to progress.

Available from 2nd June, to be vacated by 5th September. All bills included (fair useage) with wifi already in place.

The flat is situated in the Parkview complex a 7 minute walk from Southampton Central. Parkview benefits from a private communal garden (see pictures) but my flat also has a spacious private balcony which gets super sunny in the mornings.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. Both are spacious bedrooms with king size beds in place. They also benefit from built in wardrobes.

The living/dining room is very spacious and has a very big sofa that comfortably seats 4, as well as a dining table.

The kitchen is also very spacious with a recently fitted new electric hob and oven. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

The property comes with one parking space in a secure car park (although it would not suit a big car).

Ideally, I would like to rent the whole flat for 3 whole months to one tenant/s who will look after the place, however, if you are interested in renting one of the rooms individually, please feel free to send me a message. Or if for example you need something for a shorter period, do get in touch.
