There is an empty room available during the summer vacation. My roommate doesn't come back often. Kitchen and bedroom are separate.
The rent is £130 per week cover from the day you see until 8.31 for one people and 239 for two people until the end of August. It's an official sublet.

* U6H bus takes 5 minutes to the university and 10 minutes to Southampton Airport and railway station. Suitable for students attending the University of Winchester or traveling to nearby cities like London and Bournemouth
* U6C bus takes 5 minutes to the largest supermarket, Sainsbury's. Convenient for shopping
Room type:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One room is available (all utilities included, no additional charges). The house is well-ventilated and cool during the summer. Currently, I am the only occupant (I will be back to my home country during the summer).
