Housemate needed for 2 bed uni house southampton

Hi,

I have a uni apartment in Southampton rent is £500 and with uni homes bills are £36 a week! The apartment is located round the corner from Lidl which is ideal and free parking. There are two large double bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa. The bathroom is big and has a bath. The kitchen also included a dishwasher! I’m a 21 year old guy in my final year of uni studying history and love socialising and going out and am looking for someone to take my precious tenants place. Tenancy starts July 1st so let me know asap. Looking forward to meeting you.
