Looking for a replacement tenant ASAP

Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to move into the ensuite room I booked for this upcoming academic year and need someone to take over the booking.

The room is in Hamwic Hall, a popular student accommodation in Southampton run by Homes for Students. It’s ideal for anyone studying at Solent University (about 10 minutes’ walk) and still very convenient for University of Southampton students via bus (30 minutes) or bike.
