Lovely, fully-furnished room in large house in peaceful spot surrounded by trees just off Wessex Lane in Southampton, 4 minutes walk from bus stop, 8 minutes walk from Swaythling train station, close to the airport.

The room is on the second floor and includes a comfortable double bed, desk, Poang chair, shelves, double wardrobe, bedside table and cupboard with multiple shelves.

Nearby there is a small lounge with TV and sofa (shared with another female lodger).

There is also access to a large shared lounge, with use of Netflix on a large TV, large kitchen-dining room, utility room, garage (for bike), large garden and plenty of room to park a car (off road).

You would be living with me during the week and another female lodger, who works at the airport, aged 35, and at weekends we would be joined by my husband, a scientist who works in Oxford during the week .

I sometimes work from home (I work for the Church of England) and there are often visitors coming and going for meetings on the ground floor.

We are open to Monday to Friday possibilities. with a reduced rent of £550.
