Hey!

I have one double room available in my two bed house since the current housemate is moving. You’d be sharing with the remaining housemate, Shan, who’s a professional working from the office five days a week, and would prefer to share with another professional female.

About the house: two bed, one bathroom. Open plan living and dining room. Separate kitchen, and a back garden. It’s a lovely place for two people, we’ve always had plenty of space.

Location: the house is towards the lower end of Portswood (SO14). Just across the street from Aldi, and only about a 10 min walk from Waitrose. It’s right by buses, and about a 20 walk from town.

Parking: There’s the option of getting a parking permit for on street parking.

The boring bit: rent is £500 a month, and bills are on top. They total out to £390.21, so it’s £195.10 each. This will need to be paid with the rent for the month ahead.
