We can also provide a desk / chair if required for no additional charge.

The large, private enclosed garden is complete with a picnic bench to enjoy the outside space. This garden is not shared with any other tenants.

Communal Areas:
The house has a communal kitchen / lounge with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, two large fridge/freezers etc. There is a 43inch LED smart TV, table and 4 chairs. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The room is only available to professionals and postgraduate students. Please also note rooms are for single occupancy only. Strictly no undergraduates.

The price is also inclusive of 4 hours cleaning of communal areas per month.
