Double room available in Southampton. Unfurnished, but there is a chest of drawers from previous tenants and a storage cupboard within the room.

Just off Oxford Road, it’s the perfect area if you enjoy going out on the weekends, or love football as we’re very close to all of it! Only about 10 mins walk from the city centre, location is honestly perfect.

We’re on a busy street, but it is surprisingly quiet with the windows closed on Friday / Saturday evenings

No additional parking available as a current housemate has full use of our one spot, potential for a permit from the council but no guarantees on our end.

I do have cats within the property so would have to be okay with this, they have free rein of the shared spaces during the day, and are shut within my room during the evenings.

We are all working professionals within tattooing, so other creatives would be lovely as it’ll give us a nice middle ground to connect with off the bat! 🥰

There is a garage in the property but this is used only as storage due to being inaccessible for parking usage.

There are multiple shower rooms and WCs within the property so never have an issue with bathrooms all being occupied!
