2 rooms in newly furnished house

Hi, I'm looking for 2 people to take up my spare rooms in Lyon street. £600pcm excluding bills, these will be split 3 ways. Fast internet included in rent. Nice modern house internally 1 large 4 piece bathroom; living room and breakfast area off kitchen. I am going into 2nd year at Southampton Uni, current member of rugby and ski societies. Both availible rooms have been freshly furnished and feature wardrobes with full-length mirror doors. Housemates must be clean and tidy, and willing to contribute to weekly cleaning of the house.
