I own the place and use the other bedroom. I’m a social guy, easy to get on with, and I work in a way that means I’m often away, so at times you’ll have the apartment completely to yourself. My young daughter also stays here part of the week when I’m at home and has her own room — which makes it feel like a real home rather than just another rental.

What I’m looking for is someone chilled, professional, respectful and easy-going who’ll enjoy living here and treat the place well.
