Really nicely done house in Portswood, 4 very friendly students (I'm sorry to be leaving them), it's always super clean, really nice private landlord (former teacher), ridiculously cheap rent given it's such a nice place, please drop me a text to organise having a look round!
- we pay 480 per month each to cover rent, water, gas and electricity and broadband. (obvs no ground rent or council tax)
- 1 girl, 3 remaining boys, anyone welcome for the final spot.
- 20-minute walk or 10ish on the bus to Highfield campus
- Less than 10 minutes from the Hobbit, Sobar and Jesters :)
- For pictures and videos, the landlord's website is really helpful - google "portswoodstudenthouses" and the link should be called "portswood student houses" word for word. Then navigate to "shakespear avenue 5 bed" under "our house" (sorry, can't have links in this description)
