I’m an exchange student currently living in private student accommodation looking for someone to take over my contract as my studies concluded in January 2026. I'm NOT looking for a roommate, I am looking for a REPLACEMENT.

This is a really lovely room on the top floor of the building, with views of Itchen river and the sunrise in the morning. It’s only 2 mins to nearest convenience shop and a 10 min walk to the University Bus Stop.

Contract end date: 18th July 2026 (option to rebook/extend, or enter a shorter contract at a different price)

The move in date is flexible from February - March 2026 as I’ve paid for the room until 03/03/2026 but am allowed to find a tenant to move in sooner. Note that rent is paid upfront as an instalment. It is calculated from the move date until 18th of July 2026.

For £330.94 per week (BILLS INCLUDED), you get:

* 24/7 Gym access located on the bottom floor of the building - it has 4 benches, a cable, dumbells, mats, exercise balls, a cycling machine, a rowing machine, an elliptical and two treadmills.
