I’m renting out one room in my beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom flat. I may visit occasionally, but most of the time you’ll have the entire flat to yourself as I work in Cambridge. The entire flat is furnished and top spec appliances. It’s all been redone so everything is new and modern. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful who will take good care of the property. Walking distance to town, Oxford street and Ocean Village. Bus stop only a couple seconds away. Viewings welcome!
Bills not included and come to roughly £100-150/ month . There is pay and display parking outside, or you can get a Zone A permit which allows you to park there and anywhere else around town which is roughly £70 per month.
