Looking for a tidy and respectable flatmate. No real sticking points as I'm pretty easy going, but would like to meet and maybe go for a coffee to see if we get on before committing to anything.
There's no minimum lease period, and length of the contract will ne negotiable with notice.
Property is in St Mary's and situated quite close to Oxford St/town area (about 10-15 minute walk).
No parking on-site, but there is street parking free of charge from 8pm-8am just round the corner.
