Double room in a clean professional house

Large room overlooking a beautiful garden available in Upper Shirley, off St James’ road. Near the Common park, Southampton General hospital, Pure gym and Shirley high street.

A cleaner every 2 weeks and all bills are included in this monthly rent of £580 per month for a long-term contract.

I’ve accepted a job in Brighton and sad to give up this well looked after clean house hold.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms in the house. One is an on-suit on the top floor. There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor (where one bedroom is situated - occupied by a housemate) and one on the first floor where 4 bedrooms, including this bedroom, is situated).

I am contracted to pay rent until 12th of January. However, if you can move in as soon as possible and I can hand over my contract for long-term stay.
