I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my student studio flat at The Walls, SO14 3AY. It has private bathroom and kitchen. Bills and WiFi included, and have on-site gym, cinema, common room, and free grab and go breakfast and social events. It also has 24 hours reception and security. It is close to NOCS and Solent university, and just a 3 mins walk to the Unilink bus stop at the Holyrood Church. It is close to the mall at the city centre, 5 mins walk to Lidl and Tesco, and a short walk to mayflower park/east park. It is 15 mins walk to the Southampton central train station. The contract is up to 29 August but can be rebooked for the next academic year. Available now, thanks!
