Looking for a replacement tenant (official tenancy takeover) for a private single room at Canvas Capital House, Southampton.

Ideal for pre-sessional, summer school, or short-term university stays.

Available from 1 June 2026 (flexible start date) until 28 August 2026.

Full-time students only (requirement by accommodation).

The room is part of a 4-person flat on the same floor.
Bathrooms and toilets are shared within the floor (2 per floor).
Kitchen and living areas are shared across the building.

All bills and broadband included.

Rent is £119 per week, as per my current contract.
It’s quite affordable for students!

ALSO, the new bed flame was installed.

Final confirmation will be made directly with Canvas during the takeover process.
