A great location within walking distance of the beautiful Southampton Common, Southampton City Centre, Southampton Central railway station and Portswood High Street. The room is furnished apart from the bed, but a single bed can be provided if needed. The owner lives in the flat and is looking for a mature person (that's not necessarily age related but relates to attitude and sense of responsibility etc) and must be a non-smoker/non-vaper. Preferably a professional person but a mature student can be considered. The owner works most days in the week sometimes from home. The cost includes all utility bills, council tax & TV licence but not content insurance, ongoing cleaning materials, toilet roll, kitchen paper and other kitchen bits and bobs (cling film, tin foil etc). The photographs show the room just before it was decorated, (currently decorating still being finished off), however, essentially the room and the furniture in it will remain the same.
