This very large room is in a ground floor flat with a south facing garden at the rear of the flat. A great location within walking distance of the beautiful Southampton Common, Southampton City Centre, Southampton Central railway station and Portswood High Street. The room is partly furnished apart from the bed, but a single bed can be provided if needed. There’s plenty of space for a sofa/chairs, desk. The owner lives in the flat and is looking for a mature person (that's not necessarily age related but relates to attitude and sense of responsibility etc) and must be a non-smoker/non-vaper. Preferably a professional person but a mature student can be considered. The owner works most days in the week sometimes from home. The cost includes all utility bills, council tax & TV licence but not content insurance, ongoing cleaning materials, toilet roll, kitchen paper and other kitchen bits and bobs (cling film, tin foil etc). The photographs show the room with only a little decorating left to do & curtains to be replaced.
