👉🏼 We all work in the house, not a student house or HMO (we can only take 1).
👉🏼 Move-in date: ASAP or April time.
👉🏼 Single room, has a double bed (optional).
👉🏼 Bills include: Water, Internet, council tax, 1gbps FTTP, gas, electric.
👉🏼 White Goods: Dishwasher, Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine.
👉🏼 Private off road parking.
👉🏼 Vape/Smoking friendly
