Double room ensuite + shared kitchen & living room

The Lodger is granted the right to occupy:

The ensuite double bedroom, and

To share the lounge, kitchen and shared facilities (Smart TV, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven & hob + assigned storage areas) with the Owner or any other lodger.

The Owner has furnished the bedroom and lounge with the following:

Bedroom: double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, mirror, desk & chair

Lounge: sofa, TV, dining table & chairs

Start date: 16 April 2026

Stay: 3 months (End date 15 July 2026)

Notice period (either party): 1 month

Either party may end this agreement by giving written notice equal to the notice period above at rent payment date.

Rent includes reasonable use of: electricity, water, broadband, council tax, and other utilities.
