Studio Subletting on Southampton Central

I am subletting a studio at Austen House which is based on Southampton Central nearing the West quay, M&S and Lidl.

You can take the U1A directly to Highfield Campus, just crossing one short road to get to the bus stop from the Austen House.

The studio is neat and spacious with a big double bed, a desk for office and study and a single kitchen with a dining table that you don't need to share with. The bathroom is suitable that has a wet and dry separation, with a shower, toilet and mirror. And at doorway, there is a big mirror to check your OOTD.

The Austen House has 24 hours reception, elevators and a laundry room, which is in a safe neighborhood.

Starting from 8th June to 4th September, It can last for about 3 months, charging only £150 per week.(The original price is £230 per week)
