Currently I am a live in landlord and I have one tenant, he is 33 and has lived in the house a year, we have become good friends, we regularly hang out and socialise together. He is a lovely Guy and it’s a pleasure having him here. We are both super friendly, approachable, clean/tidy and considerate. The priority in terms of a new house mate is that we’re on the same wavelength, have plenty in common and obviously all get along well. I am super house proud and we are both very clean and tidy, the house is always spotless and up together.
