Hi, I'm one of two current housemates, we've got a friendly and quiet professional house share in a huge house on the Avenue.

It's an extremely large double room, fully furnished. Suitable for either a single person or a couple (for couples the rent increases to £767) and available from 1st May.

All bills are included - rent includes all utilities, council tax, TV license, and WiFi. WiFi is fast and suitable for WFH.

House has a communal open plan kitchen and living/dining room, two bathrooms (you would have exclusive use of the ground floor loo), and a separate shared shower room.

Parking: comes with a resident parking permit from the council for street parking outside

Location: right on the lower end of the Avenue so very central and easy walking distance of the city centre, the universities, Portswood high street, Bevois Valley, etc.
